People often ask us what happened to our Supper Club. For many years it was a legendary fixture in our Maxvorstadt cooking studio; a monthly dinner club with a culinary evening programme in an informal atmosphere. Great conversations, lots of ideas and a seemingly endless succession of culinary treats. As the restaurant began to take up more and more of our time, we gradually stopped holding the popular Supper Club evenings in our cooking studio. Now, as a tribute to the good old days in "Shane's Kitchen", we revive the Supper Club from time to time.
These are evenings focused on cuisine. We sometimes invite special guests (butchers, vegetable farmers, fishmongers, knife grinders, sushi chefs, confectioners or other colleagues) or chefs. You can look forward to a lively and invigorating exchange among food professionals and fans.
